Terms & Conditions

This fee covers website hosting only. Any design updates, content changes, or additional services are quoted and billed separately.

Payments are billed automatically on the same date each month via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges to your chosen payment method.

Monthly payments are non-refundable once processed.

To cancel your subscription, visit our Cancel Your Plan page and complete the short form. We will process your cancellation and confirm via email — no further action is required from you. Your website will remain live until the end of your current billing period, after which it will be taken offline. You can reactivate at any time by choosing a plan again on our Pricing page.

If a payment fails or is missed, your website will be suspended after a 7-day grace period. We will notify you before suspension occurs.

We do not store your card details. All payments are processed securely by Stripe in accordance with their security standards.

The Midas Creation reserves the right to update pricing at any time, with a minimum of 30 days' notice provided to active subscribers.
